Learning on the job
This innovative school project connects studies to work. We have opted for a typically Northern European training approach to bring young employees into the company. Classroom teaching alternates with internships in the various areas of the company. Participants, new university or high school graduates specialising in various subjects, are therefore able to gain hands-on experience of all our departments
From R&D to the production process and product distribution, these young people experience every aspect of the business, learn the importance of teamwork, and absorb our corporate values. The Master course’s ambitious aim is to match the individual participants’ talents with the company’s real needs.
At the end of each edition, some move on but above all some remain, certain in their intention of building a career with us.

The project’s prestige is reinforced by the surrounding economic context. To overcome youth employment difficulties, the young people are paid for the entire period. The Master has won approval from various faculties at major Italian universities.
The project was also a winner in the Emilia-Romagna Region’s Call for Proposals for Corporate Social Responsibility projects run in the local community. An award in the “Business and Education” category was assigned to the Master project, which aims to give young people the skills required for sustainable development.
