On Via Prati, a side street in the heart of the Sempione district and just steps from CityLife, a 1950s building has made way for a new residential architecture that reshapes the street profile with a contemporary approach. After two years of construction, the complex has been completed and blends harmoniously into the urban fabric, soberly reinterpreting the historic presence of the original volume demolished in August 2022.

The material definition of the building envelope was entrusted to Florim, which, together with Florim Solutions, supplied and installed the ventilated porcelain stoneware façade covering a total surface area of 1,000 square meters. Slabs from the Natural Stone collection in the 60×120 cm size and 9 mm thickness were used — an elegant reinterpretation of ancient slate that lends the building a rigorous and essential aesthetic, enhancing its geometry. The same finish continues into the entrance hall connecting to the inner courtyard, creating a refined material continuity between exterior and interior façades.
