The initiative concerns the complete renovation of the building at Via Vittor Pisani 19, Milan, through a redevelopment process aimed at creating office spaces, commercial areas and parking facilities.
The distinctive feature of the project by L22 Urban & Building is the complete renovation of the façade, aimed at strengthening the identity and visibility of the building. The combination of triple glazing, metal surfaces and porcelain stoneware creates a balance between aesthetic value and energy performance, optimizing natural light intake and ensuring high standards of indoor comfort.
