In the heart of Milan, between Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione, stands Palazzo Dal Verme, a Renaissance-era building at the center of a major luxury redevelopment project by Contract District Group. The intervention involved every residential unit with the goal of delivering a “ready to live” home concept.
The spaces have been redesigned to meet contemporary standards, combining aesthetics, functionality and comfort. Each apartment is the result of an optimized layout and an interior design attentive to materials, technology and detail.
For the interiors, 6mm thick porcelain stoneware surfaces from the Policroma (CEDIT) and Sensi (FLORIM) collections were used, chosen for their balance of elegance and technical performance.
A project that sets new residential standards by integrating Made in Italy design into one of the city’s most iconic settings.
