Residential and commercial complex "I Giardini sospesi"

The project led to the realisation of a ventilated facade and the resulting urban requalification of an industrial area in Varese.




Thanks to the high technical characteristics of ceramic materials, the pavement of the garden has been covered with Geotech collection using the canneté surface, coordinated with Architech collection colour Ashgrey. The same material has been used also for balconies and terraces.

The technologies and the materials used to create the facade are a very important part of this reference, that was studied in accordance with the sun exposure, allowing each unity to reach energy efficiency class “A”. The ceramic cladding chosen to realise the facades is the collecition Belgique by Casa dolce casa, used in two different opposing colors.
