In the heart of the city of Jiaxing, in China’s Zhejiang province, a refined private residence takes shape with a contemporary style, where interior design achieves a perfect balance of elegance, functionality, and high-quality materials. A 192 sqm apartment designed by Jiaxing Kangsheng Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. under the guidance of designer Yang Jianchao, who selected Florim materials to emphasize the sophisticated identity of the spaces.
The living area stands out for its extensive use of large marble-effect slabs from the I Classici Calacatta Gold collection, covering the TV wall and the central coffee table. Their delicate veining on a white background creates a bright and harmonious atmosphere, enhanced by the choice of simple and modern furnishings. The Prexious collection in the Mountain Treasure color was used instead for decorative details on the living room walls, enhancing the volumes with plays of light and depth.
