The single-family villa recently renovated by Iosa Ghini Associati is located in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.
The wide garden surrounding the villa and the two-level house have been naturally developed around the original structure of the building.
For the interior floor and the terraces they used the Industrial collection inspired by the cementitious material in its purest and most rigorous form.
With the same product it has also been completed the outdoor flooring. The R+PTV surface guarantees anti-slip technical performances (R10 class B and PTV >36) including in wet and humid conditions.
The kitchen directly look on the living area allowing a visual link with the entrance, the garden and the pool. The interior of the pool has been completely decorated with Les Bijoux. The Sodalite Bleu color, with strong chromatic intensity, recalls precious minerals that can be compared to true works of art.
The bathrooms have been completed with the marble effect slabs of I Classici and Stones&More 2.0 in the large Magnum Oversize formats.
