Nomma Studio has articulated a sublime intersection of art and architecture in the heart of Pristina, Kosovo. In this urban sanctuary, contemporary design and raw materials coalesce to forge a living space not just of elegance, but of narrative.
The living area is a tableau of sophisticated modernity, where the Policroma Collection becomes the protagonist. Featuring Arco Lichene-Conifera and Volta Lichene-Conifera in expansive 120x120 cm slabs, the walls speak in well-balanced geometrical forms. Here, the charm is manifold—subtle hues blend with an effortless elegance that whispers of the enlightened bourgeoisie that once sculpted Milan’s historic canvas. Complementing this are the linear skirtings of Listello Lichene opaca, presenting a motif of sequential vertical blocks, further enriching the visual dialect.
The bathroom is enveloped in the sleek, enveloping tones of the B&W_Marble Collection’s Flow color. It serves as a second skin, both as wall covering and as an integral component of the sink design, creating a fluid continuity that seamlessly merges utility with an aesthetic reminiscent of a sculptor's refined touch.
In each space, Nomma Studio has curated a dance of shadows and light, soft textures against bold patterns, crafting a residence that transcends the notion of an apartment to become a dynamic piece of livable art. This project is an epitome of how architecture and design come together to create spaces that are both functional and emotionally resonant.
