Arris Lofts was originally constructed as an Eagle Electric factory building in 1920. It was renovated in 2008 into 237 luxury apartments over eight floors, but retains its original industrial feel. The building occupies a triangular lot and the footprint of the building mirrors this shape.
For the kitchen area, B&W_Marble and I Classici have been used to decorate the space. Both collections are inspired by refined marbles essences and give essential settings a fresh look with new suggestions in perfect balance
I Classici di Rex has been also selected for the bathroom personalizing the space with an uncompromising design.
