The hotel The Sign, in Armenia, is a 4-star structure with suites, SPA and restaurant, standing out in the city of Yerevan up to 60 m high.
The project of the ventilated facade was developed by Florim Solutions, including all the supply of components and materials for the structure. The V2 system of the ventilated facade has been chosen for its easy installation.
The ventilated facade, studied and designed by Florim, represents the best solution for this kind of intervention where the presence of curved elements requires a detailed and careful planning.
The high quality of Florim materials allows realising a project with an innovative design: Geotech and Industrial collections by Floor Gres have been integrated to the glass windows to raise the building for more than 60 meters.
