The Florim Magnum Oversize extra-large formats are the protagonists of this modern project in Lugano, in Switzerland.
For the ventilated facade of the complex "Green Paradiso", 1.000 squared meters, the Industrial collection by Floor Gres has been selected with the size 120x300 cm, installed with the V1 system.
On client’s request and thanks to the high versatility of the product, it has been possible to cut the slabs into smaller sizes.
Just 6 mm thick, Florim Magnum Oversize makes the entire structure light but resistant at the same time. The ventilated system, in addition to the slabs (integrated with a security net), also consists of an air chamber 35 mm thick and an insulating layer 140 mm thick.
Every step of the project has been developed by Florim Solutions staff, from the design to the construction site management, with the agreement of the Client.
Besides, the whole realization has been fulfilled in compliance with the SIA laws, in force on the Swiss territory.
