Casa OM

The project consists in a complete renovation of a XIX century home located in the historic center of a small town in the North of Italy. The main challenge of the Sferico design team was the maintenance of the historic structure of the building integrating it with some contemporary elements.

The Neutra 6.0 collection has been used in the bathroom, which becomes a design element in which color is the protagonist. The cement effect of Industrial collection too in its purest and most rigorous form perfectly reinterprets the concept of the project, used in the kitchen with the large Magnum Oversize project.
The redeveloping not only concerns the architectural aspect, but energetic too, demonstrating how an historic building can also involve the modern design technologies.
