In the context of the recovery of a former production area of about 11,000 square meters, the intervention includes the construction of three residential buildings in class A, all equipped with a private garden.
The planimetric distribution of the volumes allows each housing unit to fully enjoy the river landscape. In fact, the project has the primary objective of maximizing the area destined for greenery and each apartment has a view on the terrace and at least one tree, for a total of 120 trees on the facades.
Florim products have been used for both indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Buildtech/2.0 collection, 20mm thick ideal for exterior application, was used for the floating flooring of the terraces. These porcelain tiles assure the realization of ever-current projects by reinterpreting the vigorous neutrality of cement.
