Argenta Bank Office | Geert Van Rysseghem

On 5 December 2014 in East Flanders of Deinze, a new Argenta bank branch was opened. Designer Geert Van Rysseghem of Archion bvba was entrusted with the job of creating a particular interior.
The main purpose was to enhance the image of the bank thanks to a modern branch with a cozy atmosphere and some hints of an industrial look.

The office is a high quality open space. Clear architecture on a white background in contrast with the warm wood panelling provides a pleasant contrast to the entrance foyer. This effect is enhanced by shelves filled with opulent tropical vegetation.

The materials were painstakingly combined. The floors in matt ceramic, the desks in Mortex with matching surfaces, the white walls and ceilings, as well as the abundant use of glass, guarantee excellent distribution of the artificial light. The sanded and pickled oak wood creates a cozy atmosphere. The exposed cement and the galvanized ductwork were left partially visible to create an industrial look.

The cement reinforcement was ordered from Greece. They are suspended in order to create an all-in-one look with the fixed Deltalight lighting. A heat pump with floor heating, type D ventilation, LED illumination and Teletask home automation ensure low consumption and can be adjusted by zone.
