Set in the Brescia area, Casa Noal is a tangible example of sustainability and architectural innovation in the residential sector. Classified as an NZEB, Near Zero-Energy Building, this structure is the culmination of joint effort and the expertise of design professionals in the field who have chosen to prioritize the efficient use of natural resources while limiting the use of non-renewable energies.
The architectural design of the villa features a dynamic interplay of shapes and open spaces, with large windows that welcome light in, seamlessly connecting the interiors with the surrounding greenery and establishing a continuous dialogue between the home and the outdoor environment.
The interior flooring of Casa Noal showcases the Sensi collection by Florim in Dust graphics, chosen for its aesthetic appeal and environmental consideration (90% natural raw materials and up to 41% recycled materials). Sensi indeed originates from a 100% sustainable production process, in terms of water consumption and self-production of electrical energy. In the basement, Sensi is laid in an 80x80 format, while on the ground floor the impressive 120x280 format has been chosen, giving the living spaces a sense of breadth and continuity. The cascading kitchen island is embellished with Yamuna from the Marble collection by FLORIM stone in a sleek 6mm profile, blending functionality with modern marble-inspired design.
The bathrooms are again adorned with the Sensi collection, featuring the Fossil surface that adds a sense of movement to the graphics, maintaining continuity with the rest of the dwelling. The use of different products from the same collection ensures visual harmony and at the same time the uniqueness of each environment, promoting a coherent design language within the home.
The outdoor spaces echo the interior design with the use of Sensi in Sand graphics, 20 mm thickness, and anti-slip surface, allowing for a smooth and safe transition between indoors and outdoors.
