Nestled among the gentle Tuscan hills, Tenuta Colle Alberti is an ancient rural estate brought back to life through a skilful architectural restoration that blends historical authenticity, modern comfort, and careful choice of materials. The project restores value to a place deeply rooted in the territory, preserving its original charm while making it suitable for today’s hospitality.
To enhance the common areas, the bar area, and the elegant bathrooms in the rooms, the Sensi collection, designed in collaboration with Matteo Thun & Partners, was chosen in the Ivory Sand finish. The stone-effect, textured and luminous surface blends subtly into the setting, offering visual continuity and a sense of refined simplicity. Moreover, the porcelain stoneware ensures high standards of durability, hygiene, and easy maintenance – essential qualities in a hospitality setting.
