In the heart of Beijing Phoenix City, Phoenix Sheya Renju takes shape — a high-end residential project designed by Jiang Liang for Photosynthetic Design Firm. A large apartment conceived as a fluid and representative space, where light, materials, and proportions interact in a sophisticated balance.
At the core of the project is the porcelain stoneware flooring from the Rock Salt collection by Florim, in the shade Celtic Grey with a glossy surface. Used in large format throughout the living area, it creates a continuous reflective base that enhances the perception of space. The delicate warm grey veining blends harmoniously with upholstered furnishings in beige and leather tones, while the polished finish multiplies both natural and artificial light, delivering a refined and contemporary image.
