The Speyer Bank project, located in the historic town of Speyer, Germany, stands as a landmark in contemporary aesthetics, seamlessly blending beauty and functionality, thanks to the vision of ADS ARCHITEKTEN · Fritz · Morsey PartGmbB and the skilled use of Florim porcelain stoneware.
The external facade of the bank, designed and realized by Florim Solutions, the project division of Florim, stands out with its 465 square meters covered by the Stontech/4.0 collection, in the particular Stone_02 color. This project employs a patented retractable fastening system by Florim named S1, which gives the cladding a clean and avant-garde aesthetic. The large-format slabs, used in various sizes, give the facade an imposing and harmonious appearance.
Inside, the bank's spaces unfold across approximately 500 square meters, embellished by two of Florim's flagship collections. The design of the Stontech/4.0 series also extends to the interiors, ensuring continuity with the exterior and decorating not only the floors but also the steps of an impressive staircase. The Wooden Tile collection, in Wooden Brown color, has been chosen as the elegant flooring for the spacious meeting room.
The rooftop outdoor spaces, extending over approximately 200 square meters, are an ode to natural beauty. The Onyx&more collection in the Golden Porphyry color (in the 60x120 cm size with a 20 mm thickness) was selected to harmonize the building with its surroundings, creating a haven of tranquility in the heart of the city.
