Nestled in a private residential setting, Villa in Rende expresses a contemporary language composed of pure volumes, natural light, and continuity between indoors and outdoors. The project by Arch. Maria Carmela Perri interprets living as a fluid space, where materials and architecture interact harmoniously.
A key element of the project is the Plaches collection in the Miel color, used as flooring in all interior spaces and in the covered outdoor areas. The wood effect provides warmth and naturalness, while the performance of Florim porcelain stoneware ensures strength, ease of maintenance, and durability, guaranteeing aesthetic continuity between living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.
