The project involves the creation of a ventilated façade as part of the VP19 initiative, developed by L22 Urban & Building, a brand of the Lombardini22 Group specialized in architectural design.
The initiative concerns the complete renovation of the building at Via Vittor Pisani 19, Milan, through a redevelopment process aimed at creating office spaces, commercial areas and parking facilities.
A distinctive feature of the project by L22 Urban & Building is the complete renovation of the façade, aimed at strengthening the building’s identity and visibility. The combination of triple glazing, metal surfaces and porcelain stoneware defines the façade’s aesthetic and technical composition. Natural light and energy-performance aspects form part of the building’s overall design.
