Contrasto is located inside the historic setting of the Doge's Palace, a combination between history, design and cuisine.
The project, studied in detail, has allowed the transformation of the spaces into environments suitable for catering, after the renovation of some areas.
All the furniture in the room has been custom designed and are mainly made of iron. Two shades of color were used, black and brass, which interact with wooden tops in dark essence and others that instead refer to the colors of the wall decorations.
The table at the center of the room was made with the large porcelain slabs of I Classici di Rex. The strong aesthetic character of the Marquinia color, which recalls the elegance of marble, allows creating an architectural space with a personal and authentic approach.
