Overlooking the landscape of Lake Garda, this single-family residence establishes a harmonious dialogue between architecture, garden and outdoor spaces. Florim’s Sensi and Match Up collections take centre stage throughout the project, used for the interiors, outdoor flooring, pool area and ventilated façade.
The neutral tones and tactile textures of the ceramic surfaces complement the greenery of the garden and the warmth of the wood, creating an essential, contemporary aesthetic. Outdoors, large-format slabs define pathways, terraces and the pool surround, ensuring visual continuity, durability and practicality.
