Florim appoints Beatrice Lucchese as Chief Executive Officer

During the meeting held on Thursday, May 21, Florim’s Board of Directors appointed engineer Beatrice Lucchese as Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The appointment marks a significant step in the group’s path of evolution and entrepreneurial continuity, formally welcoming the third generation of the Lucchese family into the leadership of Florim.
Founded in the early 1960s by engineer Giovanni Lucchese, Florim is now an international benchmark in the field of high-end ceramic surfaces for architecture, interior design and construction. Since 1984, the company has been led by President Claudio Lucchese, who has driven the group’s growth and international expansion. Today, Florim employs more than 1,400 people worldwide and recorded revenues of approximately €420 million in 2025.
Graduated in Engineering and Architecture from the University of Bologna, Beatrice Lucchese began her professional career with a research project focused on nanotechnologies applied to construction materials and further strengthened her expertise through experiences within leading international multidisciplinary engineering firms. A member of Florim’s Board of Directors since 2021, Beatrice Lucchese joined the company operationally in 2022 as Technical Sales Engineer, later taking on positions of increasing responsibility up to the role of Chief Commercial Officer and Project Director.
