This house plays poetically with the sky and the earth. Openness was sought throughout the design, externally in the relationship with nature and internally between the family’s living spaces, creating visual connections. The project follows a passive-house approach. Natural light, architectural lighting systems and decorative lamps give personality to the different spaces and support their intended use. The interiors are characterised by pure lines and a refined use of materials.
The predominantly dark but warm color palette of the vertical elements emphasizes the pitched roof. Mario Mazzer Architects has captured the expressive potential of materials by creating new finishes for different spaces and uses. Florim products were used for the bedroom and master bathroom, decorated with the elegant Statuario-inspired surface of FLORIM stone Marble.
