In Monza, the VERDELUCE residential project redefines the relationship between architecture, light and nature. Designed by architect Lorenzo Loglio and Studio Sardi of Brugherio, the development is centred around a new urban park of more than 3,000 sqm, with buildings designed to integrate into the landscape and offer residents a high-quality living experience.
The Florim surfaces play a key role in defining the building’s aesthetic and technical identity. For the ventilated facade, the Crayons collection in the Moss color was chosen—a high-performance porcelain surface that ensures durability, weather resistance, and low maintenance. The material texture of the surface interacts with the architectural volumes, contributing to a contemporary and sophisticated image.
