In Monza, the residential project VERDELUCE redefines the relationship between architecture, light, and nature. Designed by Studio Sardi, the development is centered around a new urban park of over 3,000 sqm, with buildings conceived to blend harmoniously into the landscape and offer residents a high-quality living experience focused on sustainability.
The Florim surfaces play a key role in defining the building’s aesthetic and technical identity. For the ventilated facade, the Crayons collection in the Moss color was chosen—a high-performance porcelain surface that ensures durability, weather resistance, and low maintenance. The material texture of the surface interacts with the architectural volumes, contributing to a contemporary and sophisticated image.
