Ventilated rainscreen facade in Monza

The large slabs from the Flowtech/ collection clad the ventilated façade of this residential complex in Monza. The Russet colour, inspired by metal surfaces, was selected for the project, giving the building a rustic and industrial character. The ventilated façade solution contributes to protecting the building envelope from weathering. The thermal performance of the building envelope depends on the overall system configuration and the project specifications.
