The redevelopment of Condominio Manzoni enhances the building’s envelope through a contemporary ventilated façade, capable of combining aesthetics and performance.
Florim Solutions supported the project with the S1 concealed fixing system, assisting in the development of the technical solution and the construction of the building envelope. The large-format Authentic Luxe Stone Dordogne 120x280 slabs create a uniform and textured surface that evokes the natural elegance of stone, helping to renew the building’s image. Thanks to ventilated façade technology, the cladding improves energy efficiency and protection against weathering, ensuring durability and reduced maintenance requirements over time.
