Torri Stella are located in the requalified area of Portello in Milan and contribute to enrich the city skyline. The towers are characterized by a bicolor ventilated rainscreen facade which sees the combination of two Florim collections. Everlasting and inspired by attractive marble surfaces, the Timeless porcelain collection offers an immortal beauty. Rawtech, on the contrary, reinterprets the worn cement where imperfection becomes a distinguishing sign.
The combination of these two surfaces enhances the visual effect and gives rhythm to the exterior of the buildings. Florim ventilated façades integrate safety, ease of installation and maintenance within the project solution. The thermal performance of the building envelope depends on the overall system configuration and the project specifications.
