Jiujiu Home is a private villa of over 1,000 sqm in Ningxiang, Changsha, designed by Zhou Bin for Red Dot Research Building Space Design. The residence combines architectural monumentality with contemporary sensitivity, featuring generous volumes, impressive ceiling heights, and a careful study of natural light that define an elegant and cohesive atmosphere.
The focal point of the project is the double-height living area, enhanced by large glazed windows and a dramatic suspended chandelier. The flooring, made with I Classici Statuario in a polished finish, amplifies brightness and emphasizes the verticality of the space, while the Timeless Amani Grey Polished insert creates a refined ceramic rug that organizes the living areas with visual continuity. Florim surfaces combine the aesthetic of marble with the strength and the ease of maintenance of porcelain stoneware, ensuring high performance over time.
