A sustainable residential project between nature and design
Overlooking a cliff above the sea, in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches, this private residence offers a contemporary interpretation of the values of sustainable living. The project was developed with the aim of minimizing environmental impact through the use of advanced technical solutions, including off-grid energy systems, rainwater harvesting systems and a particular focus on the selection of materials.
Florim porcelain stoneware surfaces were used both in the interior spaces and outdoor areas, offering a high-performance solution capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions without compromising on aesthetics. A technical material that blends harmoniously into a striking natural setting.
This private residence is the result of a complex design process lasting ten years. The entire development was followed step by step in the TV series Growing Home with Jamie Durie, broadcast on Channel 7 in Australia.
