In the heart of Century City, within the Watt Plaza complex in Los Angeles, the new headquarters of Esquire Bank embodies the concept of contemporary banking through elegant and highly functional spaces. Designed by MOJO STUMER + ASSOCIATES, the project transforms the traditional bank branch into a space dedicated to meetings and private consulting, where natural light, transparency, and warm materials create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
At the center of the interiors is Florim’s Stone Life collection in the Cotton color, selected for the flooring of the common areas. The light shade enhances the brightness of the spaces and emphasizes the geometric rigor of the architecture, creating visual continuity between the reception area, lounge, and meeting rooms.
