Designed by YUME ARCHITECTS, this residence expresses the language of contemporary architecture through a carefully balanced interplay of materials, light and geometry. Pure volumes, generous cantilevers, exposed concrete and black steel details define a building with a sculptural character, opening towards the outdoors through large glazed surfaces.
The Florim surfaces enhance the project's minimalist identity. Outdoors, Ardoise Gris, installed using the S1 façade system, gives the building envelope a textured contemporary aesthetic, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Indoors, the same surface creates visual continuity between spaces, harmonising with concrete, glass and metal.
