Florim strengthens its corporate first-aid network

New defibrillators and a training programme to promote an increasingly widespread culture of prevention.

People’s safety is a tangible commitment for Florim, supported by prevention initiatives, training programmes and investments dedicated to the workplace.

As part of this commitment, Florim has strengthened its network of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). First introduced in 2010, the number of devices has increased from 7 to 13, distributed across production facilities, offices and corporate spaces, including the Milan and Rome Flagship Stores.

The new organisation makes the devices more readily accessible and supports a prompt response in the event of an emergency.

At the same time, Florim has launched an internal campaign to increase the number of employees trained in first aid and Basic Life Support and Defibrillation (BLSD) across the production facilities and offices in Fiorano Modenese.

The initiative reinforces a culture of safety based on prevention, training and the active participation of people.
