Florim awarded at the Best Managed Companies 2025

We are among the top-performing companies awarded at the "Best Managed Companies" with the title of "Gold Winner" as a six-time consecutive winner.

The award, now in its seventh edition, is promoted by Deloitte Private with the participation of ELITE–Euronext Group, Piccola Industria Confindustria, and with the methodological and strategic support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

The award evaluation considered six success factors: "Strategy", "Capabilities and Innovation", "Commitment and Corporate Culture", "Governance and Performance Measurement", "Corporate Social Responsibility", "Internationalization and Supply Chain" and “Cyber Security”.

“In this edition, we have awarded 72 outstanding entrepreneurial companies in our country. When assessing their performance, we once again used a set of parameters that have been consolidated over time and define this Award, developed by Deloitte Private in 47 countries with uniform evaluation metrics. These aspects are considered by Deloitte Private as fundamental to evaluating companies’ performance as a whole, highlighting their management and leadership excellence. The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, October 29 at Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan, in the presence of senior representatives from the participating companies.
