Florim AI Assistant: From searching to finding

Florim AI Assistant is now available on florim.com, the new digital assistant developed to provide faster and easier access to information, content and documentation about the Florim world.

Integrated into every page of the website through a side tab, it allows users to ask questions in natural language and easily explore products, collections, projects, applications, services, catalogues and technical data sheets.

Florim AI Assistant can be used, for example, to check available sizes and finishes, search for a product using its code, explore projects published on the website or find a Florim dealer.

The tool is available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, French and Russian and can also be accessed on Telegram by searching for:
