Jammertal Resort is a hotel nestled in green surrounded by a vast wooded area and with an attached golf course. The structure has grown over the years with various operations which involved the creation of areas dedicated to wellness (saunas, pools and massage booths) and the modernization of the restaurant area.
The main goal was to reorganize and characterize the restaurant spaces for the hotel's regular customers and foreign visitors. The first operations were aimed at maximizing functionality, subdividing the various areas and placing the ventilation and air conditioning systems with specific measures for sound absorption.
In terms of lighting technique, a mixed solution was chosen.
The prevailing lighting, Zenith type, is guaranteed by two skylights and four decorative chandeliers over the table area, while the presence of a perimeter frame with continuous LED strips guarantees diffused light throughout the area.
Particular attention was given the design of the routes which are fundamental in a buffet style restaurant. On one side there are the display and preparation counters alongside the main kitchens and on the other are the tables and seating along the large windows that overlook the garden.
