“13.10 Ristorante” is the first interior design project signed by Serena Confalonieri. A small 25-seat boutique restaurant on the outskirts of Milan, hosted by the municipality of Vimercate (MB).
An intimate and comfortable atmosphere welcomes guests arriving at the restaurant, which develops around an elegant internal courtyard. The eccentric and refined style of Serena Confalonieri transforms the environment and adds an extra touch of personality to the whole space; lively patterns and bright colours are associated with furnishing elements with simple and clean lines.
The ceramic coverings were supplied by Florim, a partner company in the project. Specifically, the designer chose to use porcelain stoneware slabs from the B&W Marble collection (Pebble colour) to define the floors in the covered area. In these spaces, the alternation of black and white helps to capture the light and illuminate the tables, immediately catching the guests’ attention.
Finally, it is important to mention the presence of a second collection signed by Florim, the Hi-Wood collection (Almond colouring). As the name suggests, the reference to wood is immediately evident and direct, with the aim of transforming the environment and making it even more intimate and welcoming.
