On Monday 3 July, at Essen Museum in Germany, the “Castello” product from the CEDIT “Storie” collection, designed by Giorgia Zanellato & Daniele Bortotto, was officially named “Best of the Best” in the “Product Design 2017” category of the “Red Dot Award”, one of the top, most historic international design prizes.
The prestigious competition selected the most original, interesting products in terms of design and innovation from 54 countries. After assessing more than 5500 products, a jury of 40 famous experts awarded the biggest prize of all to “Storie” with the citation of “for top design quality and ground-breaking design”.
A year after its relaunch on the international stage by Florim, the Brand has received great acclaim from industry critics, also achieving success (in 2016) in the NYCxDESIGN Award and the Hospitality Design Awards.
