From November 13th to 16th we will be participating in the first Compasso d’Oro Exhibition in Singapore entitled “Italian Design Excellence“, at The Arts House building.
The exhibition presents a selection of 13 companies that have been awarded (in previous years non lo metterei perchè è già implicito nel tempo verbale) by ADI, the oldest and most influential international design award. Our “Florim Magnum Oversize” project – awarded in 2016 with the Honorable Mention – is among the 13 products-projects on display.
The initiative is organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore in partnership with the Italian Embassy and ADI – Associazione per il Disegno Industriale, which in over fifty years has awarded nearly three hundred products and assigned around two thousand honorable mentions.
The goal of the “Italian Design Excellence” exhibition is to present industrial design’s impact in everyday life. Florim large slabs, that are the result of technological and aesthetic research applied to ceramic product, express how Italian industry is always able to find design ways to simplify and enhance our daily life.
